At Betty Brown Boutique, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your authorization email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
